Hi! I’m Anna

Hi I’m Anna. I am a Health Scientist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Certified Personal Trainer who has coached hundreds of people to help them reverse insulin resistance and take back control of their metabolism to finally burn fat, gain lean muscle mass by controlling their blood glucose and becoming more insulin sensitive.

As a leading expert in blood glucose control and metabolic healing, I empower women to finally understand, and work with, their bodies instead of against them. My signature science-backed method blends personalized blood sugar balancing macro nutrition, hormone-friendly strength training, and my Neuro-Nutrition™ framework, designed to “un-diet” the mind and reset the body for lasting fat loss, energy, and confidence. I combine this mindset with a strategic nutrition and fitness blueprint that optimizes blood sugar balance, supports lean muscle growth, and restores metabolic function from the inside out.

I come from a strong family history of Type 2 diabetes and autoimmune conditions. Both of my paternal grandparents lived with Type 2 diabetes and my grandfather lost both his legs to the disease. My father also lived with Type 2 Diabetes and in 2005 I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and later autoimmune thyroid disease and infertility. Little did I know that all of these conditions were rooted in insulin resistance and with some education and lifestyle tweaks, I was able to reverse them.

I went on to lose 65 lbs by eliminating carbs and realized quickly that it wasn’t sustainable.I had done a full year of HIIT at the local gym and my body composition didn’t change. If anything, I was more puffy. So instead, I just stopped eating carbs and stopped working out. Wrong choice! After I realized it wasn’t sustainable for the long term unless I locked myself in my house and never attended social gathering again, I went back to my regular “healthy” eating and gained back 30lbs. I have now cracked the code to balancing hormones for fat loss.  I know firsthand that true success comes from balance,  not deprivation. I have helped hundreds of women worldwide break free from dieting, fatigue, and frustration, guiding them to lose fat, gain energy, and feel strong and focused again, without burnout or restriction.
